♥︎ we understand people have busy lives, but please communicate with us if there will be a delay in paying us. we don't appreciate being ghosted. if you miss a payment (initial, ems, or domestic), we will remind you and give you a deadline. if payment is not made before the deadline, we will start charging a late fee of .50 cents per day per claim. after a week, if you still haven’t paid and you haven’t communicated with us, we reserve the right to put your claims back up for claim by other people. in the case of an overly late ems or tariff payment, you will lose your claim and you will not be refunded the item cost. it’s not fair to us to cover for your claims.

♥︎ We accept both venmo and paypal f&f for payments. if paying through paypal friends and family, please leave the note blank

♥︎ usa only (canada/ww okay if you're getting photocards only) but we will not ship larger items to canada or ww due to high shipping costs. we make this very clear in our rules, posts, and graphics saying "usa only." if you fail to read that and still join our gos and you're not usa based or have a usa address, that is your fault and it's your responsibility to find a replacement. we will not put up with you arguing with us or guilting us just because you failed to read our rules.

♥︎ please no back outs. if you need to back out/drop claims, you can only do so if you find someone to replace you in the go. you will be blocked from future gos if you drop claims and refuse to find a replacement.

♥︎ you are responsible for timely payment of split ems fees and/or tariff payments when we ask for them. because these are time-sensitive payments, we expect joiners to pay promptly. if you fail to pay ems or tariff fees by the deadline, we may charge late fees of $0.50 per claim, and after one week has passed without payment, you may lose your claims and forfeit any prior payments for that item.

♥︎ if you have an unusual circumstance that comes up that prevents you from paying on time, please communicate with us and we can likely work out a late payment without late fees - however, under no circumstances are we okay with habitual late payments. if we feel you are repeatedly paying late and taking advantage of our kindness, we reserve the right to ban you from making any more claims in our group orders.

♥︎ for go's with sorting - once we have begun the sorting, we **can not accept requests to change your member sorting order.**we will also not take requests for specific photocards. if you are joining another go from another person at the same time, please take this into consideration! we take sorting seriously and we want to be fair to everyone in the go. :)

♥︎ make sure you enter your mailing address exactly correct in the google form. we are not responsible for mis-delivery due to mailing address errors that you made.

♥︎ albums or merch packs will be inside a box or bubble mailer. items in boxes will be cushioned with bubblewrap, items in mailers will be reinforced with cardboard. photocards will be put inside of a penny sleeve and a toploader

♥︎ if change your @, please let us know, we will not chase you down. it's your responsibility to let us know. this also goes for address changes too
